  • What is Ayahuasca?

Ayahuasca or Yage, in Colombia, is a natural plant medicine also considered a "teaching plant" mainly used by Taitas or Shamans for hundreds or even thousands of years for healing and spiritual ceremony. The Ayahuasca brew is a decoction (concentrated liquid) of two ingredients which are chacruna leaves (Psychotria viridis) and the vine of the ayahuasca tree (Banisteriopsis caapi).

The potential benefits of taking ayahusaca, are numerous. Many people who have taken Ayahuasca claim that the experience led to positive, long-term, life-altering changes. Some studies also suggest that it may help treat addiction, anxiety, depression and PTSD.

  • What is Kambo?

Ayahuasca Ancestral Asia believes that Kambo is a natural antibiotic and detoxifier that flushes out toxins and heavy metals from the body.

"Kambo is a healing ritual used mainly in South America. It’s named after the poisonous secretions of the giant monkey frog, or Phyllomedusa bicolor."

"It is performed by "burning stick to create a number of small burns on the skin, resulting in blisters. The blistered skin is then scraped off, and the kambo is applied to the wounds."

"Indigenous people have used kambo for centuries to heal and cleanse the body by strengthening its natural defenses and warding off bad luck. It was also believed to increase stamina and hunting skills."

  • What is Rapéh?

Rapéh (pronounced as ha-peh) is a powdery mixture made from a type of tobacco called Mapacho combined with other medicinal and sacred plants from the Amazon jungle used to deepen one's meditative state. It is forcefully blown through the nose using a v-shaped bamboo or bone pipe.

Rapéh helps to still the mind, clear out mental blockages, and release physical and emotional tensions, resulting in a relaxed, peaceful state. In an Ayahuasca ancestral ceremony, Rapéh is given to the participant in preparation for receiving the Ayahuasca brew.

Honestly, at first, I was hesitant to join the ayahuasca ceremony…coz I was afraid of the things that I might discover and see…but I feel like I wanted to learn more about myself…I wanted to have more clarity in my life so, I decided to give it a try.

My ayahuasca experience was very profound. I felt this deep connection with “Pachamama” and my true self. I enjoyed every minute of my journey; it was like seeing the world in a different set of eyes…

One of the strongest forces in the world is love. Fill yourself with it & witness how much you can achieve. Without it, we are lost. I arrived with curiosity and expectations and then left with life lessons that will live in my spirit and in my voice forever.

I can not show enough gratitude to Ayahuasca Ancestral Asia and the family for being there for us. I am eternally grateful. Aho! Mitakuye Oyasin!

I've been interested in Ayahausca for a very long time. But last 3 months I felt the longing to take Ayahuasca as if it was calling so loud and I felt the urgency to do it. When I met Erick Garcia who runs Ayahuasca Ancestral Asia for the first time I knew exactly, what my intuition was telling me; the spirit of Mother Ayahuasca sent him to spread jungle medicine in the Philippines. Indeed I am so honored and privileged to have my first Ayahuasca from this group. I had other plant medicine ceremonies but by far this group is the most professional and I felt very safe and well taken care of. You feel the love from each member of their crew. They are authentic. But above all, their medicine is real and embodies the spirit of the Amazon. Even after a week passed after the ceremony, I could still feel the spirit of mother Ayahuasca continually healing me.

With all gratitude and humility, I feel so blessed and grateful to have the chance to take my first Ayahuasca experience with this group. Thank you Mamita, Erick, and the rest of the crew for giving us love and really taking care of us during the journey.

My Ayahuasca journey was mind-blowing and life-changing! Ayahuasca was instrumental to my physical and spiritual healing when I first took it almost 2 years ago. It also took me into the deepest journey to myself to understand the blockages I had and gave me clarity of my purpose. It opened up and expanded my consciousness and my connection with the Divine and the spiritual realm.

Kudos to the facilitators for creating a safe environment and conducting a truly loving, sacred, and authentic Ayahuasca ceremony! No need to travel to the Amazons. It is already right here in the Philippines! Ayahuasca Ancestral Asia is the real deal.

Before going to the Philippines, I had my first encounter with Mother Ayahuasca in another Asian country. And I must admit that the ceremony itself did not happen in the best environment. Some participants needed help during their journey, but nobody was really able to take care of them or answer their questions.

When I attended the 3-day ceremony with Ayahuasca Ancestral Asia, I could already feel so much love and attention from all the facilitators. These people are truly amazing and I will be forever grateful.

I was called to experiment with Ayahuasca because I felt I had to heal personal issues and I knew that I could not do it on my own. I needed help. I wanted to be able to really love myself because I was lacking so much self-confidence and self-love. I was giving a lot, even too much to others, and usually not to the right people.

When I was a child I was living in a dysfunctional family. My sister and I had to fight and learn how to live without love and even appreciation from our parents. As an adult, I was still full of anger and frustration. And this caused me so much pain and suffering.

Thanks to Mother Ayahuasca, I could start that wonderful process of forgiveness and self-love. I could also find answers about my purpose in this life because I felt stuck at that point in my existence.

Nothing was making sense anymore until I had that ceremony, here in the Philippines. I can definitely say that my whole life changed. For the better.
